How does your pickup and delivery service work?
Sign up, pick your package, and select a pickup date. We'll drop off your Bella Bags for you to fill. Once we pick up your laundry, we wash, fold, and deliver it back to you — clean and ready to put away!
What are your pricing and payment options?
We offer two simple ways to work with us: the Bella Bag, a pay-per-bag option perfect for occasional use, and the Famiglia Package, a weekly subscription available in Bella, Famiglia, and Grande Famiglia bag sizes to fit your household's needs. We accept all major credit and debit cards for easy, secure payment.
How long does it take to get my laundry back?
Orders are completed and delivered within 24–48 hours of pickup, so you're never waiting long for clean clothes. Need it back sooner? Just let us know when you schedule your pickup, and we'll do our best to accommodate a faster turnaround.
What type of detergents do you use?
We wash all orders using Tide detergent for a fresh, reliable clean. If you or a family member has sensitive skin or allergies, we also offer a free and clear (dye-free and fragrance-free) detergent option — just let us know your preference when you sign up or place your order.
What if I have special washing instructions for my clothes?
No problem — if you have specific washing instructions (like cold water only, air dry, or separating a certain item), just include a note when you place your order. We'll follow your instructions carefully to make sure your clothes are cared for exactly the way you want.
